Cable Television technical consultant to municipalities, specializing in technical audits, I-Net systems, PEG systems and configurations, antenna surveys, and advanced technology. Negotiated Franshise language for I-Net PEG, Digital Transition, and Interconnect, as well as all technical issues. Provide follow up support during upgrade or rebuild of systems to accomodate I-Net and PEG upgradesWorked with Municom, and The Buske Group, and also as the primary consultant to a number of cities. Drafted much of the modern I-Net and Interconnect language used in franshises such as Tacoma and Portland.

CABLEBUS SYSTEMS CORPORATION Portland, OR ,President and Founder 1978 to 1983, then 1988 to June, 1996. Bought back the company in 1988 and restarted operations. Produce products for Telemetry via CATV systems including security, utility meter-reading, and conservation controls. Technical Consultant on CATV Testing and Franchising Provides technical consulting, measurements and audits of CATV system from 1971 to present. Provided advanced designs and new concepts for CATV franchise processes. Authored many books and articles on the subject.

C-COR ELECTRONICS State College, PA President, Data Products Division From June 1983 to March 1986, functioned as President of the Data Products division of the company and was responsible for business planning, and management of marketing engineering and manufacturing.

SILVERTON AND MT ANGEL CATV SYSTEMS Silverton, OR Owner and Operator Owner and operator of the systems from the initial franchise award in 1980 through the design and construction of the systems. Systems were sold in 1986.

TEKTRONIX INC. Beaverton, OR CATV Program Manager From 1972 to 1979, I was the Program Manager for CATV, Broadcast and Audio marketing product programs. During that time I produced many books including the "No Loose Ends" CATV proof of Performance Handbook used by the industry, as well as other handbooks on FM and TV Broadcasting, Audio Equipment testing, and Avionics (aircraft radio) testing.

CABLE DYNAMICS (Subsidiary of Hammett and Edison) Burlingame, CA Field Engineer Responsible for field testing of CATV systems and design of plant and headend receiving systems. Performed over 50 Proof of Performance tests on CATV systems in the Western us from September 1971 to April 1972.

CABLECOM GENERAL Colorado Springs, CO System and Studio Design Engineer Installed and maintained the first large underground CATV System in the world.
