    The basic design of the non-flying "Penguin" features three axis flight controls and uses a 10 hp engine to allow
    the student pilot to obtin the feel of banking turns and ground handling of aircraft.

    Full size on-to-one template tables based on these drawings (EAA 1932 Aircraft Projects Handbook) allow rapid visual
    contruction of the complete airframe.
